Revdex.com:My Credit Card Company is reviewing the matter and in process of reversing the charge I had believed the matter to be closed out by Revdex.com because Foremost did not respond back Typical that this company responded back after the matter was closed out and they realized this would effect their rating In today's world the owner could very easily responded back to Revdex.com even with a brief statement that he was away and needed more time But again this company changes stories and manipulates to their advantage at every turn Even their offer in writing to us to refund most of our money back was not delivered, so this response really means nothing I am not attempting to damage their reputation, however I will most certainly be vocal as to my poor experience with them They have manipulated the Revdex.com website by posting positive reviews in a one week period on the Revdex.com website in an effort to downplay my true experience I only pointed this out to the Revdex.com Thank you for you time I will next be taking the Revdex.com advice to report this matter to the *** *** *** ***. Jonathan ***
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11429581, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Mr***'s statement that "My credit card company is reviewing the matter and in process of reversing the charge." is absolutely untrue. Mr*** filed a charge back dispute with *** *** on or around March 6th We responded in a timely manor to *** *** with documentation regarding this matter including and accepted proposal agreement from Mr***'s company for the work preformed on 3/8/16. On 3/10/after internal review of the documentation we provided, *** *** reversed the charge back in our favor (See the Attached Document). After his first unsuccessful attempt at a charge back, Mr*** then filled a second charge back dispute with *** *** claiming he never digitally accepted or signed our agreement documentation on our around April 19th We provided *** *** with documentation in reference to this second complaint and they again ruled in our favor This matter is now closed with *** *** and I invite you to contact *** *** via the attached documentation to confirm that this matter is truly closed In reference to us not responding in a timely manor to the Revdex.com, I don't believe that is true. Please review your email correspondence with us regarding this issue and you be the judge This complaint with the Revdex.com and defending charge backs with *** *** matter has cost me time, stress and additional money in terms of attorney fees and lost time. Through our attorney we have offered MrLerrner a fair settlement even though we have no contractual obligation to do so. That offer is still available through our attorney. In response to Mr***s accusation that we are attempting to manipulate the Revdex.com website- We have many satisfied and loyal clients and I've casually mentioned that a complaint was filled on the Revdex.com website to small number of clients. Several of those clients have taken it upon themselves to post positive reviews on your site. We are not making any attempts to manipulate the Revdex.com and frankly I'm not sure what that even has to do with the facts in this dispute.I would like you to consider closing this matter with Mr*** permanently as some of his accusations are bordering on slanderous and it seems to me that at this point his only objective is to threaten and cause damage our company. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter Best Regards,Jon ***

I've had the privilege of working with Foremost Media since their inception. As one of their first clients, I've watched this organization grow both technologically and physically. Their unfailing effort to stay on top of the latest SEO, Marketing Automation, Website Development, e-Commerce and Lead Generation trends is impeccable. The customer service unsurpassed.
If you want to grow your business and not break the bank in the process, while getting away from the overrated and expensive online marketing gimmicks that you may have previously been sold to enhance your company (that probably didn't even work), you need to call this company and get a relationship started. You'll be glad you did. Trust me.

Ms. [redacted]: Good afternoon. Our client, Foremost Media, Inc. (“Foremost”) requested that I respond to the above-referenced complaint, which quite frankly, is unfounded and defamatory. We apologize if this response is somewhat truncated, but Mr. [redacted] of Foremost has...

been out of town and I did not receive the complaint until today. However, we respect your process and will do whatever we need to provide your office with the information it needs to evaluate the above-referenced complaint. For your reference, I have attached the following for your review: (1)A letter from our office to [redacted] Corporation (“Mitchell”);(2)Mitchell Proposal that was signed and agreed upon by Mr. [redacted] on behalf of Mitchell (the “Contract”); and(3)Detail Summary showing time spent by Foremost on the Mitchell project. In short, Mitchell requested that Foremost do website creation and design and, in so doing, agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract. Mitchell provided the non-refundable deposit and, in response, Foremost immediately began working on the project. After a number of days/weeks, Mr. [redacted] of Mitchell claims that he grew frustrated and that Foremost was unresponsive. To this day, Foremost cannot understand why Mr. [redacted] grew frustrated. As you will see on the attached detail summary, Foremost diligently worked on the Mitchell project. Throughout the project, Mr. [redacted] repeatedly engaged Mr. [redacted] of Foremost by email and telephone. Additionally, Foremost and Mitchell had at least 2 or 3 progress conference calls. We can only surmise that he was disappointed when he received the “wireframe” to review. Foremost tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] that the wireframe was nothing more than a skeleton of the final product and that the “look” would be drastically different. Unfortunately, he may not have understood Foremost’s explanation. Regardless, Mitchell seemed to grow frustrated and claims to have made numerous attempts to call Foremost (and Foremost’s reference, Johnson Bank), but that the numbers were disconnected. This allegation is, for lack of a better word, absurd. At no time were Foremost’s phone numbers disconnected and any suggestion that Johnson Bank’s number was not correct is simply wrong. A simple internet search for Johnson Bank and its president, Larry [redacted], would have resulted in the verification of the number. It does not appear as though Mr. [redacted] wanted to verify that information. As mentioned earlier, Foremost and Mitchell exchanged many emails over the last number of months. Mr. [redacted] conveniently mentions a few of them in his complaint. Unfortunately, the emails he references lack context and do not mean what he suggests. For example, Mr. Fitzgerad’s email regarding the deposit and that “… if it isn’t [launched], we won’t get paid[,]” references only that they do not get paid the second half of the deposit. The return of the deposit is addressed unambiguously by the Contract on page 24. The purpose of Foremost’s non-refundable deposit policy was made clear to Mr. [redacted], which he actually points out in his complaint. As set forth by Mr. [redacted], the non-refundable deposit is necessary to allow Foremost to begin diligently working on the project for which it is engaged. In spite of the clear contractual provision, Foremost, in good faith, offered to return $4,507.50 of his non-refundable deposit. Mitchell refused and instead, tried to cancel the payment through its credit card. This attempt ultimately failed and Foremost once again engaged Mitchell to try and resolve the dispute. Again, he refused to accept any sum that was less than his non-refundable deposit. Foremost is very disappointed at the approach taken by Mitchell and Foremost has always attempted to deal with all of its customers, including Mitchell, in good faith. Foremost is a very reputable business and its image is very important as it conducts its business nationwide. In its 13 years of doing business, a complaint of this nature has never been made against Foremost. We are sorry that this matter has arisen and we will work with the Revdex.com to answer any questions or to provide any information it needs to better evaluate Mitchell’s complaint. We look forward to working with you. Thank you and have a great weekend! Sincerely,
