This company has been questionable from the get go Kyle our "salesman" was okay at firstReally a sales person not pushy just the insisting that our product is the best kinda guyHe got us on board with solar and we decided to move forward with getting solar on put on our home He told my wife and I that if we needed anything at all that he would be there for us
Weeks later we would get sparatic phone calls letting us know that people would be by to check the roof and take measurementsMore Weeks would pass and we would get more phone calls about people needed to get back on the roof Still no communication regarding where we were in the process or any follow up for that matter I would call and check on them every once in a while to see where we were in the process and would get generic answers from the nice younger sounding gal who tried to answer my questionsProfessional emails sent by the guy who handles the permitting with the state was not thorough ICommunicating and had me ending up taking time to discuss my situation with the solar to the stateWhich turned out to be completely useless and all for not
I expressed sincere frustration with our sales man Kyle, who has just straight up ending communication with us after discussing my concerns and questions I hadIn a meeting we had at my home that he set up Texts (how he likes to communicate) and calls have not been returnedAs it stands today, on June 25, 2018, I am unsure what the hell is going onWe signed documents with this company on February 26thmonths ago and are completely in the dark Please save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company

After a nightmare of bad installation which included damage to a new roof, not installing to code, not having licensed electricians on job, sub contractors damaging inside of home with no form of restitution the job was never finishedI have called ten times if not more only to be told so sorry will have it taken care of with no further action on there sidethis went on for the whole summer, which means no solar energy, which means no free electricity Premier Solar started job in First part of june it is now May same month contract was signed and contract is not completedI was forced into signing a completion for job right after the panels where installed but not running for the job to continue, premier has been payed since july 2017.I installed the last item to complete the job a speed pool pump a incentive that was sold to me as a *** value so I billed premiere the amount premiere listedI know the price is high but so is the price I paid for doing busines

This company provides the worst customer service from the service department to the managersIt started when I noticed that the system was not producing electricityIt showed error code We contacted premier solar on Wednesday, July 18th to let them know about thisWe spoke to Robert *** in the service department who stated that they were short staffed and might not be able to get someone out here until MondayMy wife insisted we would like someone out here of asap, so he sent someone out two days later on the 20thThis person was able to get the system back up and runningHe advised my wife that someone was going to call us by Monday to discuss thisMy wife waited a weekbut nobody called us backDuring that time we received the aps bill of $She left multiple messages to both service department and managers with no responseFinally my wife was able to speak to Robert *** again who stated that they were going to talk to manager about reimbursing us for our APS bi

The salesman from Premier Solar Solutions estimated my savings (in writing) to be $per monthAfter one month of use my cost went up by $I still pay the Electric Company almost the same, but now I have to pay $a month for the SolarI contacted Premier Solar Solutions and they promised to call me back and never did

We started working with this company last year, in July or August panels were installed on our home, $43K later I have bill for panels and a higher bill for energy My monthly energy bill is almost $a monthAccording to the app provided the solar panels are only producing about 60% of the energy for my homeWe have been in contact with the company but I still feel like we were swindled I'm not sure what are next steps are to resolve this issue but we hope we can get it done soon

I contracted with Premier Solar to install and monitor a roof solar panel syatem.Sunpower is parent company.Inatall was complete in May of
The syem installed has tow power inverters installed on the side of my homeOne of the Inverters has stooped generateing solar energy times since install.I can reach Sunpower by their Chat window to advise of issue, contact Premier Sloar to send a technician to my location to trouble shoot and fix.It,on average,has taken 6-days for this to be accomplished,all the while ,I am producing half the power due to one inverter being down.After the sixth time syatem went down,SunPower assigned an independent contractor to inspect.That was done on August 7th.I spoke with the contractor and he advised me that there were several issues with the wiring and some outlets that are collecting water and causing "arcing" in the system and thus causing an inverter to shut down.The contractor also advised that the design of the sytem it self is not right due
