On 6/2/our company pumped the septic for this customerThe customer was aware before we started that the septic tank was not fully accessible due to the fact that an addition had been built over top of the septic tankLater in the week the customer called and stated she was not happy with the
serviceWe scheduled to return on 6/14/to try to satisfy the customerUpon arrival our technician called the office to say the customer was not homeWe called the phone number we had for the customer but no one answeredWe left a message and told the technician to wait for ten minutes to see if the customer called backShe did not call back so we sent him on to another callAfter about an hour we got a call from *** who stated he was home, he apologized and gave us another phone number to reach himI told him we would return but there would be a service charge of $for the first visit when no one answered the door, he agreedAt 1:we dispatched the technician for the second time that dayUpon arrival there was a disagreement with *** and our technician on what needed to be done*** told our technician to leave his property which he didHope called our office later and said we needed to resolve this, she wanted us to come out a third time at no chargeWe felt at this time she should call another companyPlease note that we had to pay the toll of $to cross the bridge to Pennsylvania all three times

I am rejecting this response because:
It is very inaccurate They left out the very important part that they had notes in their own system about our tank that required people to pump itWhen I initially called about the incomplete service, I was told they would send out the proper teamWhich they did notThey sent out the same guy, with no instructions as to how to pump it properlyHence why my husband to,d him to leave, as he did nothing because he did not know what to doBy the way, my husband was home when they came, but the did not seem to make a big effort to ring the door, or did our black lab bark, which she does relentlessly when someone comes to the front door.
