Just tried to receive service from them They came highly recommended by Mr*** I asked them for a vague estimate of how much it costs to get an outlet put in I told them that it was an inside wall and I would not hold them to the accuracy of the estimate I didn't want them to come to my house yet as I was trying to see if it was completely out of my budget While the guy wasn't rude, he was NOT helpful or friendly at all He didn't even try to continue working with me or engaging the conversation, he just made me feel like "WHATEVER" or I wasn't a valued customer just because I chose not to let him into my home first Maybe a woman doesn't want to invite service men to her house right away without getting a feel for the price and type of service she will get I don't feel I was asking too much and I assured him that I wasn't planning to hold him to the price since every situation is different I'm sure there is an average cost and he made it seem like I needed him to cross an ocean just to give me an average price It feels pushy when service people insist on coming into your home before you can check around for the right prices I get it that prices vary, but as I stated, I wasn't asking for an accurate price just needed to know if this is a project I need to take on at the moment
The customer service has been excellent so far. I called late on Thurs evening and got an answering service that said they were closed for the day but would leave a message for the morning. Within 10 minutes someone from Mr. Electric called me to make sure it wasn't an emergency and let me know that the office would contact me in the morning. On Friday morning I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for Monday.
[redacted] was prompt, polite and very detailed. He provided a written quote this morning. Based upon the great customer service I will schedule the work with Mr. Electric.
