They had my vehicle for a week and I received no updates or estimates. They lied and told me they were working on my vehicle. They claimed the master mechanic would be in tomorrow, every day I spoke with them. Then a week later said he was on vacation. They claimed to have checked things and replaced parts. But the car looked exactly how I left it, except the air filter box was removed and some electrical testing wires were connected. I paid for a diagnosis and was falsely told it was the keys, before I brought the car back having the same issues and it sat for a week.
