Last Monday I bought the brand new ashley home furniture from this store at very affordable price. It is giving a new look to my home. They got delivered the furniture at my door step.
Their customer service agents are so supportive.
Its very nice experience to shopped from this store

Review: Purchase two sets of mattress from Forest Funiture . One of the mattress is defected took my complain to the store spoke to "[redacted]". All they wanted to do is sell me another mattress so I would have to pay extra money. They are rude and unprofessional over the phone.Once you arrive at the store they become welcoming as, if they will service you and would take care of the problem. As soon as you leave the store item is never delivery to replace the defected mattress.The complaints start back from the beginning. On 8/**/14 They want more money. You finally agree . No delivery was made on the day it promise. Reason mentionArising issues that I need to address to management . Regarding time sheet, vacation, texting, web surfing and easy dropping on conversation . by "[redacted]" the driver is not answering. He will call me back. Never got a call .Spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] was told they will deliver the mattress on 8/**/14 between 9-10am. No delivery no call.Called and spoke to "[redacted]" she mention next half hour. Still no call from the store. I called and spoke to [redacted] again was told no truck. Getting a lot of running around from this store.Desired Settlement: Replacement or refund. The mattress is suppose to be an icomfort mattress. It doesn't state it on the mattress. I try letting "[redacted]" be aware of it.

Review: I placed an order #[redacted]. They don't have the item and even if they have it they told me they can't ship to Michigan. I want my money back - plain & simpleDesired Settlement: I expect a FULL refund
