Several years ago Forest Green planted several trees and shrubs on a berm in my backyardThe owner did not know what he was doingI learned this the hard way when I lost my large, expensive maple tree because it was planted way too deepSeveral tree experts said it was clear that's what happenedI was incredibly disappointed in the owner's responseHe refused to admit to the wrongdoing and would not help to remove the dead tree or aid in replacing itFast forward about two years...just this winter I realized two of three spruce trees are now dead and I have to pay to remove themA new tree expert said they were planted way too deepHe also planted shrubs with fungus on them and he wouldn't do anything about it - he just told me to go buy some fungicideHe clearly doesn't care about the customer or doing the right thingPeople do make mistakes but his stubborn refusal to own up to the error is what disgusted me the most

I was incredibly disappointed in the owner's response. He refused to admit to the wrongdoing and would not help to remove the dead tree or aid in replacing it.
