Forest Green Tree Service, LLC

The employees of Forest Green Tree Service conducted tree service on my neighbor's trees - I am a neighbor and not a customer of this companyIn order to do this service for my neighbor, they drove a truck and a large cutting machine onto my lawn and my neighbor's lawn
Primary Complaint: 1) They did not ask permission to come onto my property, nor did they provide any indication they would need to access my neighbors rear-house trees by coming ONTO my propertyThey were not authorized to come onto my property and they NEVER sought my permissionThey did not come to my door to ask permission nor was there any preceding correspondence to indicate the need for permission, should I have not been homeI would not have consented without first having some guarantees regarding ruts, what if they hit my tree branches which was in their path, how will they clean up any mess made on my property, and how long were they going to require access across my property
Secondary Complaint: 2) Furthermore, the company abandoned the site during what was probably lunch time and left their backpack blower on my lawnAgain, although minimal to my property in its disruption it is a direct trespass on my property without my permission
Secondary Complaint: 3) With an abandoned site presumably for lunch, they left their parked truck covering a portion of the entrance to my drivewayAgain, partially blocking my driveway prevents authorized deliveries to my house
This company has exceeded its authorizationIt was authorized, apparently, to cut trees on my neighbor's propertyIt was not authorized to do this at the expense of coming onto my property without consentIt came onto my property with a truck and cutting machine, left equipment on my lawn with no representative on site, and left a truck partially blocking my driveway, again with no representative on site

On I contracted with Forest Green Tree Service LLC, Brad and Quentin (co-owners) to drop many 100+ footers to make space for my new garage Brad is a licensed arborist, who I had go all around my home, since I'm surrounded by forest, to find any trees which are a risk for falling on my homeHe found several, and a couple of very dangerous leaners, and showed my by pulling back the leaves at the bases of trees that they were rotting, and several of them already hollow up into the center of the treesThese are the ones that are dangerous from high winds, of falling
We contracted for about $7,of work, I paid nothing down, they guaranteed me I would be satisfied or they would make it right They dropped about or so trees, both huge and small
They did a fabulous job with their state-of-the-art hydrolic equipment, and shear hard workBrad and Quentin and crew got everything done relatively on time despite my adding more trees
My wife and I were very satisfied with the quality of their work, how fast they got it done, and their clean up when they were finiished They came back about a week later to grind out a huge stump, more work I added on They presented us with a copy of their liability insurance before they began work They were first class all of the way, and great to deal with ***

In October, 2016,I had Brad from Forest Green Tree Service give me a quote on a leaning tree in my back yard and asked him about other trees in the yard that were concerning me.. He was up front and advised me on what was going on with my trees and gave me a couple of quotes. I decided to have the work done by him and his reputable company. He was very honest and advised when they did the clean up I would be very happy as they leave it in excellent condition when they leave. They stood by their word. The men were very responsible, respectful people. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal work done. Thank you Forest Green Tree Service. I no longer am worried about trees falling on my house.
