Review: Our new Hardwood Floor, red oak, quarter sawn, is gapping, pullling uneven, just looks awful. From day one [redacted] blamed it on the temperature of our home, it was either too hot or too cold. Our floor has so many gaps adn spaces and buckling it is embarrassing.Desired Settlement: Repair the problems or fix the buckling, gapping, pulling so the floors look decent.
