Forest Hills Apartments

This apartment complex never fixes anything, and when they do it does not last. And I now fear for my safety from their negligence, disrepect.My apartment has flooded now 3 times. First of all it took days the othere two time to even get in contact the apartment management to come out to fix the leak. The leak came from the apartment above my apartment. A lot of my things were damage and I was not compensated for the damage. They finally came out to fix the problem and now it has happened again. I am afraid that the wall in going to fall in and I get hurt. I have called again with no response from the office. I feel like they are not concerned for my safety. I was just told that I needed to get renters insurance, and that they really did not care. Again I am afraid for my safety and they seem to not be concerend. I have many pictures from the last time this happene and it looks the same. This happend days ago and I am still waiting for a call back.Desired SettlementRefund for my damaged items and fix the ceiling, so that I can feel safe. Finally fix it where it will not happen again. If it can't be fixed,move me to another apartment.
