Review: I have been a customer with Dr. Mark G[redacted] at Forest Hills Dental for a very long time, since 1996 or so. until now, since Alex took over the front desk and started cleaning out all of my dental insurance money by performing work and using different codes just to get paid from my insurance which they always stated as " Excellent Insurance". I never had a problem with Dr. Mark until he put an implant in and the bottom of it was showing , white. and then he burned my chin and told me it was a pimple!!To top it off I recommended my husband and the person he was suppose to see called out sick, and no one bothered to call him. Then they were surprised when he was upset about it. and because he was upset about that and also that Dr. Mark walked into the room started to exam him with no gloves and didnt even say hello to him!! Then all of a sudden Alex called and said they dont want him as a patient anymore!! ( because they knew their equipment was not sterile and they did not wear gloves) Bad customer service! Also they all do not use gloves all of the time. They Hold on to the keyboard with gloves which are supposed to be sterile. Not to mention, going from patient to patient with the same gloves!! Also they dont change the plastic covers on their equipment, which I thought was suppose to be sterile!! so please beware. I am so finished with this place, disappointed too because I was a patient with them for so long. Then because I was having problems with my mail arriving at my home, I never received a bill from them, which, mind you, I had no problem paying! Alex sent it to collections then had the nerve to slap on an almost $100.00 collection fee on top of my bill and tell me he couldnt take the fee off! Another example of VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Desired Settlement: I have no problem paying for the cleaning , but at the price which they quoted me $110.00 and to take off the collection fee which brought the total to $270.84 which I find to be so ridiculous because they said I signed forms agreeing to this. Which , mind, you, they never showed me the full form saying dont worry it is privacy forms . And regrettably I trusted them. Whenever I signed forms, whole form would not be visible, just a bunch of signature boxes one after the next.Please investigate!
