I had an extremely poor experience with this business in the past month While the appointment was set up and the technician that came to turn on my sprinklers was professional and on time, the customer service I received from the woman who answered the phone at the office was completely unsatisfying I called because when I was initially quoted a bill to have my sprinklers turned on and checked for the spring, I was quoted a price of dollars When I received my bill I noticed an anomaly on the bill that was an additional dollar charge I called to ask about the dollars and to find out why there was an additional charge when I was not informed of the additional cost when the technician conducted his inspection of my sprinkler system The woman who answered the phone was annoyed by my question and listed the things the dollar inspection covers and said that the service was not covered in that range of things I said that I understood that, but I think it is important for the individual who is servicing the system to inform the customer if there will be an additional charge and give them the choice if they want that service to be performed She said that she could not believe that I was calling to complain about dollars and that she had never had anyone do that in the past I said that the call was not about the dollars, but instead about the better practice of helping customers to make their own decisions with the information they are given by the technician I would not simply let someone do a contracted job without being told the cost first She continued to speak in a rude manner and dismiss the idea that this courtesy of informing the customers of the additional service should be their problem and that he did tell me that he was fixing the issue Again, I restated my point that I thought that you should inform customers of services you would be performing and that I hope that future businesses I work with would do that She said to please find another company to work with in the future and I stated that I will be happy to and I hope to find one that will provide me with more adequate customer service At no point did I ask to have the dollars removed from my bill, but instead I just wanted to make sure that if we were to have them come service our property again they would let me know there may be potential additional charges I will never recommend this company and will dissuade anyone who is interested in using this company from doing so due to the poor way this woman treated me, as a customer, in fear that they will likely do it again to anyone that asks for clarification of their policies and to have more information on their pricing I am extremely disappointed

When I received my bill I noticed an anomaly on the bill that was an additional 17 dollar charge. I called to ask about the 17 dollars and to find out why there was an additional charge when I was not informed of the additional cost when the technician conducted his inspection of my sprinkler system. The woman who answered the phone was annoyed by my question and listed the things the 75 dollar inspection covers and said that the service was not covered in that range of things. I said that I understood that, but I think it is important for the individual who is servicing the system to inform the customer if there will be an additional charge and give them the choice if they want that service to be performed.
