The washer was replaced with a brand new washer (NOT THE USED ONE) in unit [redacted] on January 20, Some how the maintenance person forgot to turn the cold water on after replacing the washer which was turned later on after the Tenant called the officeWasher is working OK We believe this matter was resolved and the case should be closed.Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.Thank you Management,The Village at Forest Hills

In regards to the disputed amount, as per the lease agreement signed by *** ***, it states in Paragraph 26: "Cleaning: Upon termination of lease, you agree to pay us for a professional cleaning of the premises, including professional steam cleaning of the carpetThese services are to be arranged
by us and the cost of these services are to be divided equally with the other tenants of the premises." As noted in the lease we did clean the bedroom, bathroom, and common area (stairs and hallway) and also had the bedroom, hallway and, stairs professionally steam cleanedThese charges were equally split among the two tenants that vacated the property. These charges that *** was billed for are spelled out in the lease and we have proof that the bedroom/bathroom along with the stairs and hallway (common areas) were cleaned upon termination of her lease and before the move in of the new tenants
