therefore able to view and download all of the images. I also mailed out a CD to her as well which contained a 16x16 collage she requested. The tracking number is : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. They were mailed through Priority Mail and I was given an expected delivery date of 11/5/15.

The complaint was filed early Sunday morning after the business was still ignoring communication and did not meet the promised deadline. Shortly after the business did follow through and the product was received.

I was unaware and had no record that [redacted] called and did not see her email because I never received a notification and did not manually check the email account until a week after she had emailed. Once I saw it I immidatldly responded to try...

and set up a time for meeting to go over her wedding details. She responded back and said that she was no longer interested. Her complaint saying that my business is no longer at a location... that was my home address she must be referring to as I do not have a business location and never have. I moved in November of 2014, but do not use my home for business. I also am not sure what she means when she says in this complaint that she tried to contact me through my website unless she is referring to the email she sent me. I tried to work with [redacted] but said that because it took a week to hear back from me she wanted to cancel her contract. I am a one person business and this is explained even within the contract. The week that she tried to contact me I did not have any business to conduct on my computer and therefore was working on things that were away from my office. I normally receive notifications on my phone when an email is received but was unaware that these were not going through. This has been a slow time of year for this photography business so it was not uncommon or rare to not be receiving emails or I would have checked it sooner.

For one, my name is [redacted], not [redacted]. For two, it was not just a single email. We are talking about over 4 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 2 emails, and a reach out through her business site over the course of 2 weeks, not one. I understand the deposit is non-refundable, but [redacted] has lost all respect as a professional business and I can not trust her with another dime. My complaint is one of over 5 I have seen in regards to her not delivering and being unreachable. This only adds to my dissatisfaction as a customer.
