My husband said he heard good things about this store so when my $10k wedding ring needed to be reset, I thought this would be a good place to go - WRONGFour of the prongs needed to be replaced (at $per prong) and they were set crookedI thought "maybe it was crooked before and I didn't noticeWhen I went to pick up my ring, I dropped off a second ring that needed ONE prong replacedThey charged me $for that one prong and said "well we charge less when there is more than one prong"I reminded them that the day before I had replaced on a different ring but they still charged extra $(essentially, they lost a long time customer over $10!!))NO integrity at allBad business practiceIt has been weeks since my wedding ring was done and I need to get it done again because the diamond is slippingI've decided to wait until I go home to Las Vegas and have my trusted jeweler there fix itDon't go to these guys - there work is shotty and they don't care about customer
