Zero stars for not fully and completely explaining a procedureIf I call the emergency line on a Saturday, and the office calls on Tuesday to see IF I STILL NEEDED SERVICESMy husband had a broken tooth, he was in so much painWe call this office, was called in Tuesday, now clearly, I'm calling as I stated my husband has a broken tooth, these chumps charged us for a X-ray and still sent my husband home in painWe have insurance, it was explained to me that my insurance didn't cover emergency dental visits, who told me that hmmm, so we said can we just pay for itI asked the young lady over the phone how much does it costThe young lady quoted $Ok cool we're on our wayWell after nothing being done, they took our money, not one soul in that office told us the $was only for an X-ray, we never had the option to say ya or na, but they took out money proudly and sent us on our wayThe financial lady says "oh sorry for the misunderstanding", worst place everNow who calls the emergency hotline to only receive a X-ray??, clearly we were expecting resultsVery disappointed I'll never in life send them to anyoneBig company now, no longer stating from the bottom and stealing and lying to the communityOh but who cares, the company is always right***

I was in pain and had a bad wisdom tooth or molar causing pain for a long period of time My wife told me to see a dentist to get the tooth pulled, I had about $to get this done, I explained to DrAubert that I wanted it pulled, he said there was no need, he could save it He had me file a financial report and gave me credit, then charged me $2,for a root canal and crown, which he stretched out over years at $a month He said procedure may take several visits, and at the end of the second visit he told me I should take better care of my teeth, I said I will, and he told me to come back again I thought it was a follow up to see how my gums healed around crown, but they took ex-rays of my mouth in all different directions, had me watch films of teeth problems and shuffled me around for hours Then found another problem which he could fix for another or thousand and sent a bill to be paid right away for approximately $ I did not have this money, and the way they did it, that money was due right now, not at the end of credit payment Needless to say that is the last time I go there On a positive note, very professional at there practice I figured I would pay at the end of financing, but they have good collection attorneys too Bills are all paid now, but story had to be shared The third visit was not a valid, needed, or wanted experience Be careful

Went to this office in September, and I just received a bill of $for x-raysMy insurance covers x-rays so I called the insurance company to clarify and they informed me the office billed me for full mouth x-rays which I had taken the year prior (they only allow one every years)So I called the office back and they told me it was my responsibility to have the prior x-rays sent before my new patient appointment
The part I find odd is when I was in the office, they simply told me they were taking them, didn't ask for the prior ones at allI find that to be incredibly unethical and will not be returningSeems like the negative reviews here are billing-related; be cautious
