My response to M***’s response is below(Thanks for transcribing his handwritten note.) # Deposit was # Customer was told anything ordered by Tuesday would be on following Weds truck By his own admission, the windows did not come in at the time he said they would, as I ordered them on Sunday – he even came to pick up the check so he could order them that day so they could come Wednesday (or maybe Tuesday, he said) # Customer called two days after deposit and asked if we were going to install Friday because all the sudden *** had to go to [redacted] He is confusing me with another customerMy name is not [redacted] and I did not go to [redacted] My trip had been planned (air travel set in advance) for some time #I said no your windows will be in next Weds He never said thisMy texts show in response to my question on Tuesday about getting the windows in by Friday, he waited until Wednesday to tell me this in a text (which I sent in the original complaint): “Excuse me? We said if they come on weds truck we will get them inHowever, your windows have been orderedYou said nothing about being gone for extended period of timeThank you again and I’ll keep you informed” #I never heard from her again after leaving several messages to install He left one voice message on Saturday and I had already told him I was out of town #Then Jan 2nd [redacted] text me options? over and over I told her what day do you want them installed and [redacted] continued to replyOptions I asked what my options were: Money back, lawsuit, I take the windows and have someone else install – anything else? That is documented in my texts that I sent with my original complaint [redacted] _ How can I help this lady when she clearly has her own idea of how it worksHow can you order windows (custom) and have them built and shipped in hrs? [redacted] paid 11,200.00 for deck and 3 yards of dirt. The Deck Company accepted the job for 10,006$. However the deck owner [redacted] Co. Name [redacted], was understanding he would meet with home owner and go over deck measurements and specifics like the rails. He never even met with [redacted]. He ordered...

deck off of a picture out of magazine. Who does tat? No one. [redacted] is responsible for any additional cost for rail. Furthermore [redacted] you received the final 4700.00 from me and had a (illegible word) of 3000 + dirt you never returned my call. As for paying  [redacted], I would not pay anyone until job was complete. After 300 dirt, 10000.00 paid to [redacted] $900.00 is my fee.John M[redacted].

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. However Mr. M[redacted] may have spoke with me but he kept reassuring me he was going to install it "next week" or the window was broken". After receiving your complaint Mr m[redacted] acted very quickly, and refunded my money, but he did call and proceeded to call me "A [redacted]" because I would wait no longer. Bottom line John M[redacted] was completely unprofessional and I will never use his services again.
