Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Despite the minimal reimbursement, I am still extremely disappointed that the company has never apologized for my difficulties even after they acknowledged the problem And, that they took no responsibility for my damaged wheel I do hope they figure out how to correct the adhesive problem and how to better deal with customers - especially those who were there from the start Regards, [redacted]

Our customer J* *** purchased a Cat Wheel December 12, for $On June 20, she purchased (2) sets of replacement pads for $and then another set of replacement pads on January 3, for the amount of $19.98. She called our office and explained how the pads were
sticking to the wheel and we suggested using a blow dryer and rubbing alcohol to help remove the padsOn January 5, a refund was issued in the amount of $for recent purchase of the pads. We have become aware of the adhesive problem of the pads and we are in the process of fixing them, but they have not been completed as it takes a couple months to finalize the final productWe have offered her to purchase a new Cat Wheel at a discounted rate, but the problem will still persist pertaining to the adhesive if she decides to purchase another set of replacement pads until they have been corrected The Cat Wheel itself is working fine but it's the aesthetics of the pads that are causing her grieve.Our customers are very important to us and we constantly welcome any feedback from our customers to better improve our products and customer service. I am rejecting this response because: The response from One Fast Cat clearly supports my complaint In the response, MsB*** admits that the pads are flawed and that there is an adhesive problem She admits that the company is working on fixing that problem and that it will take a while And, she admits that if I was willing to take their "offer" for a new half priced wheel that the problem would in fact persist What she got wrong was to suggest that the problem is just "aesthetics." My cats cannot use the damaged wheel as it exists Pieces of the red padding are now chipping off and I am afraid that the cats will try to eat those pieces (some of which are now soaked with the toxic materials the company suggested for removal) Plus, since my cat shredded the pads, which is why I needed to replace them in the first place, he will no longer get on the wheel because the pads are so damaged Finally, in my attempt to use a hair blower, alcohol and Goo Gone to remove the pads, all dangerous suggestions by the company for me and the cats, the wheel became even more damaged and unusable As a result, I have placed the wheel outside so the cats can't get to it Therefore, it is absolutely inaccurate to suggest that the "cat wheel itself is working fine" when without proper pads, cats cannot walk/run on the wheel This makes the wheel totally unusable.For a product that was created to make my cats healthier, it is now dangerous to my cats because of the poisons suggested I use to remove the pad, the chipping of the pads, and the one blank space that I managed to remove the pad after hours of scraping with a knife and with the chemicals It is not an "aesthetic" problem as suggested by Jodi B***; the wheel is no longer safe and usableIt is permanently damaged by their defective pads.Given that the company has now admitted in writing to the Revdex.com that their product does in fact have an adhesive problem, I more firmly stand by my complaint that their pads permanently damaged and destroyed my wheel I am now requesting not only a refund for the original wheel for $but also the additional $I spent on pads (including the one that destroyed my wheel) Since the wheel is no longer usable in its present condition, it seems to me that it is only fair and right for the company to refund me the costs.I do hope that One Fast Cat figures out how to correct this problem It is a creative and interesting product for my cats and I am deeply disappointed that my experience with their wheel has ended so badly.Thank you

Hello, We have been behind responding back to our emails but we did email this customer today for a return shipping label. Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, a refund will be applied.

Hello,Customer ordered a Cat wheel on 11/01/17 and it was delivered on 11/09/17. Customer then contacted us on 11/12/17 informing us side tracks were broken and we sent them out replacements on 11/12/17 and they were delivered on 11/16/17.  Then the customer contacted us stating 2 traction pads...

were damaged and we sent them out on 12/11/17 and according to the USPS tracking number 9405511699000636914828 they were delivered on 12/14/17. Then on 11/28/17 the customer contacted us indicating they never received the traction pads and we informed them we were out of stock in the color they have chosen and we did not hear back from them.The customer contacted us on 01/09/18 stating they want to return the Cat Wheel because they never received their replacement traction pads. Advised the girlfriend she is beyond the 30 day period for returns and the traction pads showed delivered. Advised we can send out her another set of traction pads if she did not receive them, but the order is NOT eligible for a return. At that point on 01/09/18, we advised the customer they have two options, to either receive replacement traction pads OR they can return the Cat Wheel but we will not provide a return shipping label and the refund will only be 75% at this time. We provided an RMA number to the customer for a return and we received the Cat wheel on 01/24/18.We applied a 100% refund as of today but we will not reimburse for the return shipping cost as we clearly informed the girlfriend/customer on 01/09/18.Thank you,J[redacted]One Fast Cat

Response taken via phone: The tenant's lease does state there is a $75.00 fee that will be deducted from the security deposit for carpet cleaning when the apartment is vacated which was acknowledged and initialed by the tenant. However, the fees were doubled to $150.  At this time,  we would like to refund the additional $75.00 that was charged.

Response:We are rejecting the complete reimbursement of the Cat Wheel since in fact it does work, but we issued you a refund of $39.96 today for the two sets of Replacement Pads.Thank you,J[redacted]+

In the lease, it states there is  a $75.00 fee for cleaning and shampooing  of the carpet upon vacating the premises. The bedroom area had an odor of animals so we also accessed a $75.00 fee for deodorizing the carpets in the bedroom. There were also some type of animal feces in the...

room located between the baseboards and edge of carpeting which the maintenance department cleaned.
