Forest River RV has received the complaint files with the Revdex.com from T[redacted]. We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and his retailing dealer - [redacted] City RV in [redacted]. We have been more than accommodating on past obligated warranty repairs. Forest River RV also accommodated...

some none covered repairs prior. We offered to partner with his retailing dealer on an after-market warranty recently. The Forest River One Year Limited Warranty expired on February 23, 2017.
At this time we will discuss with his retailing dealer to see if a One Year Limited – Modified would fulfill Mr. [redacted]’s complaint against Forest River RV. We will be in direct contact with Mr. [redacted].

We have been in contact with RV Travel World - [redacted]. Consumers travel trailer is ready for inspection and pickup at RV Travel World RV - Sacramento, CA. Further communications need to take place between Mr. [redacted] and his retail dealer. Mr. [redacted] requested that all communications be done via the Revdex.com website.

responded to him and you the Revdex.com. [redacted] River RV has performed all obligated warranty repairs to date as requested by consumer as of the date he picked up his travel trailer after requested repairs by our factory. Below is the e-mail we response to consumer on 9-8-16 and 9-7-16

We have received numerous telephone calls, e-mails from you since your service visit.
I have review all and can only update to you is we service your travel trailer has
described to you when you dropped it off with us.
We replaced the front sheet metal due to paint finish concerns. This was
our primary purpose of your visit. You also mentioned your suspension
while at our plant, under a customer accommodation we replaced the axles and springs
and all attachment point hardware. We also mentioned that after repairs were performed
any repairs from this pint forward would be your responsibility.
(we still have your old suspension here tag from your travel trailer)
Your travel trailer showed severe use, possible fulltime use that will subject your travel
trailer to premature wear and tear.
We also have received your complaint to the Revdex.com – Revdex.com. I will be responding
to them with a complete summary of your travel trailer repairs performed – all prior communications
with us and communications from dealer etc.
At this time if you have concerns with your travel trailer, we would suggest you seek a qualified
repair center of your choice that can assist you with the current issues. No repairs at this time
will be considered warranty or reimbursable by [redacted] River RV.
