I am rejecting this response because: Forest Roofing left a voicemail 10-26-on my phone saying they would start my roofing project on 10-30-They then sent an email later on 10-26-17, saying they would start my roofing on 11-6-After that, they refused to tell me when my roof would be done. I have solar panels on my home and had the panels taken off in prep for my roofMy solar company wrote an email to me and copies Forest on 11-9, stating" I really hope the rest of the roof will be replaced soonWe have placed solar attachments on your roof that are not truly sealed until the new roof and flashing are placed around themIt was my understanding from the beginning that they would tear off and we would be right there to place our attachments, which we have doneIt was not expected to to this when it was raining and that the rood would not be on the next dayOnce the old roof was removed, it exposed the 1,000's of holes that would have been placed in it by the old roofing nails, old solar attachments holes, staples, plus it exposed the layers of sheeting and insulation at the perimeter of the roofThe synthetic felt that was placed can only do so much to my understandingI am afraid that until the new roof is on, I am not sure where the water could be forming at and a new roof should take care of the problem". My solar company has been at the meetings with Forest roofing and sent this email to me and copies Fores on 11-9-to express their concern about the roofing project. I am concerned that Forest does not keep their word, doesnt meet deadlines and is not concerned about my roofI dont know if they will ever complete my roof because they have not met one deadline that they themselves have set. Forest Roofing put off the start of my roofing until the rain came in and now are saying that they have to wait until it stopsBecause I live in Portland, Oregon, where it rains a lot, when can I anticipate this being done? And how do I know how much damage is being done to my roof between the time they tarped my roof and when they complete my roofIf they do complete my roof.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The plywood you replaced was the the only plywood I could see. The coverage you provided after you tore off my roof was not adequate in many areas, not just the patio. I cannot see the plywood in the other areas. Only your employees could see the plywood when they completed the job. There is no reason for me to believe that the only damage was to my patio. And at first, you refused to replace even the plywood on the patio. Because of your constant lies, there is no reason for me to believe that there is no further damage. And there is still plywood on my patio that I can see that has water damage. There is no insurance information on your web site or anywhere I could find associated with your company. Without providing details of your insurance company, there is no way for me to collect on your guarantee if your company chooses to go out of business. Or chooses to refuse to approve any requests I have in the future for repairs.

Forest Roofing is not in the practice of avoiding customers concerns and takes all customer concerns seriously.  With that said, we have notified Ms. [redacted] that her roof will be completed as soon as the weather permits to avoid damage to her home.  We are ready to complete the work as...

soon as there is good weather conditions.  In the meantime, the heavy duty tarps are made specifically to handle inclement weather.  Again, we will apologize for the inconvenience it has caused Ms. [redacted].
