Forest Suites Resort

I am rejecting this response because: it is only a partial refund.  This business acted deceptively and deceitfully.  I gave them multiple opportunities to disclose the applicable rate, which should be a common practice, but various excuses were continually given to deceive me.  My travel plans were significantly disrupted because of their deceptive and deceitful practice.  A full refund is the only appropriate remedy of this problem!

Was able to read the follow up communication from [redacted] regarding his not willing to settle for the partial credit which we have already provided and wants full credit due to inconvenience he stated he experienced. We will issue that additional credit this week which should then satisfy and ideally close this complaint.

Review: I stayed at this establishment with the Scottsdale Ski Club reservation #[redacted] and asked if I could extend my stay at the same group rate. The person I was talking to when I checked in a presented my credit card for incidentals purposes was named [redacted]. She said she would authorize my extended stay at the group rate, but only [redacted], who was not available at that time, could tell me what that rate would be. I advised [redacted] that the comparable rate I was considering was at the [redacted], all inclusive, was $52.19 and she committed that the Forest Suites Resort would be competitive and comparable. I checked back later to see if [redacted] was available, and [redacted] was at the desk and she was not. I asked if she at least new what my rate was, and she said it would be $140.18 per day. I advised her that was not what was committed to me by [redacted]. She called someone on the phone and asked how to undo and what [redacted] had entered into the computer, then changed it and said my rate would be their current internet rate of $140.18 per night all costs included. I advised that was not acceptable and moved to The [redacted] for their commited rate of $52.19 all included. [redacted] with the Forest Suites Resort still charged my credit card.

I feel the Forest Suites Resort was extremely deceptive in how the marketed their rooms and failed to disclose their rates. I would like this charge removed from my credit card. I never authorized it!Desired Settlement: Remove the deceptive and unauthorized charge from my credit card.
