I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Initially, I was not even going to respond to the company's response, as it doesn't dignify one However I feel that I have toA) Any respectable business person would not categorize a customer as "unrealistic and/or crooked themselves" B) Seeing firewood piled in the front of a truck bed, and in a pile on the ground, is in no means a way to determine the amount of wood containedC) I signed the bill in good faith that the amount of wood I was paying for was the amount of wood I was receivingObviously this was my mistakeD) I told the young lady on the phone that the average length of the wood pieces was about 15" I never mentioned anything regarding pieces being too small I have to add, that the young lady I spoke with, both the day of the delivery and on the phone, was very polite, professional and apologetic regarding the shortage And she DID tell me that I would receive the remainder of the wood in a couple of weeks, when they were in my areaE) Quantities of wood is obviously dimensional lumber A full cord of wood is measured in cubic feet A person that is in the wood business should know that A full cord of wood is typically 4' x 4' x 8', which is cubic feetThis is why I measured the pieces, and the stacksThe total amount of wood I have comes to about cubic feetF) Regarding the last statement about fuel oil, which is quite humorous I have yet to burn any of the wood that I received, for the sole reason that the business can see for themselves the quantity I receivedFinally, if my phone calls and e-mail regarding this problem had been returned, and/or the remaining wood had just been delivered to me, I never would have even thought to contact the Revdex.comUnfortunately, this didn't happen Regards, [redacted]

Yes you are now apart of the others that are unrealistic and/or crooked yourselfYou saw the firewood, stacked, before it came off the truck and signed the invoice that you were satisfiedWhen you call days later to claim you were short you said "I measured the pieces of firewood and not all were exactly 16" inches And some of the pieces were too small to be considered firewood to me." IT IS ALL PART OF THE CORDAGE AND IT IS NOT DIMENSIONAL LUMBER Do you have heating oil delivered and then siphon out a few gallons, then call the company to say those few gallons weren't good enough and therefore you were shorted?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Initially, I was not even going to respond to the company's response, as it doesn't dignify one.  However I feel that I have to. A) Any respectable business person would not categorize a customer as "unrealistic and/or crooked themselves" B) Seeing firewood piled in the front of a truck bed, and in a pile on the ground, is in no means a way to determine the amount of wood contained. C) I signed the bill in good faith that the amount of wood I was paying for was the amount of wood I was receiving. Obviously this was my mistake. D) I  told the young lady on the phone that the average length of the wood pieces was about 15".  I never mentioned anything regarding pieces being too small.  I have to add, that the young lady I spoke with, both the day of the delivery and on the phone, was very polite, professional and apologetic regarding the shortage.  And she DID tell me that I would receive the remainder of the wood in a couple of weeks, when they were in my area. E)  Quantities of wood is obviously dimensional lumber.  A full cord of wood is measured in cubic feet.  A person that is in the wood business should know that.  A full cord of wood is typically 4' x 4' x 8', which is 128 cubic feet. This is why I measured the pieces, and the stacks. The total amount of wood I have comes to about 100 cubic feet. F)  Regarding the last statement about fuel oil, which is quite humorous.  I have yet to burn any of the wood that I received, for the sole reason that the business can see for themselves the quantity I received. Finally, if my phone calls and e-mail regarding this problem had been returned, and/or the remaining wood had just been delivered to me, I never would have even thought to contact the Revdex.com. Unfortunately, this didn't happen.
