He is someone who was not in the store or at the service counter at the time of the service, nor was he involved in our discussionI was NOT Previously advised that the vibration may not be fixed. If so, I would not have had them do the service in the first placeSecondly, *** wasn't there, so he could NOT have recommended me to "return the wheels to the company" I purchased them from and "getting the correct wheels for the car"No such recommendation was made by anyone who was there. Dear Sirs,This customer was advised that his vibration might not be able to fixed.  The Lexani wheels  didn't have hub centric rings and spacers shouldn't be used on the Mercedes.I recommend returning the wheels to the company he purchased them from and getting the correct wheels for the...

car. We try to help all our customers but sometimes you just can't fix a existing problem.  We did refund him the entire amount of the invoice. [redacted],You are correct I was not in the store when your car was worked on. You called  that day and told John in our office that you had the car at Tires Plus and they told you that they couldn't do anymore for you.  He advised us that he told you we would try to help you but your problem might not be able to be fixed.  I talked to everyone that was involved in this and I am certain we tried every thing possible to stop the vibration.  I am recommending to go back to the store that sold them to you.  Thank you,[redacted]

I WENT IN FOR A NEW TIRE WITH I HAD A SECURE SIWFT ON MY CAR.ONE OF THE EMPOLEE WENT OUT TO STARTED MY CAR HE DID'T NO HOW START IT SO I WENT OUT TO SHOW HOW TO START IT, AFTER HE FINISH HE TRY TO PULL IT OUT HE FOR GOT HOW TO PUT IT IN GREAR AND BROKE THE SHIFT,HE SAID THAT HE HIT IT.THE MANAGER SAID THAT HE WAS NOT GONE TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE IT SHOULD NOT BEEN LIKE THAT.

I went to have my all 4 tires replaced. The lady gave me an estimate and I was okay with the price , so I told her to go ahead and replace all 4 tires brand new. I have a scion 2008 xd and these cars come with tire pressure monitoring system TPMS . Each tire has a sensor which displays a sign on the dash that u have a low tire pressure. I thought these people know what they r doing and have someone who is experienced changing th tires. After 5 minutes she came out of the garage and said...your TPMS sensor on rear right tire is broken and was rolling inside the tire so u need to replace it. I was like I dont have a sign on my dash displaying that the tire pressure is low coz it will not register if its broken. She said it will still register if its rolling inside the car, I called my dealer and they said this is all false and the mechanic changing tires have broken the sensor. I told her this was fine before I got here but she insisted that this was broken before I got here. Finally she said you have to buy the part and we will put that for free...bunch of crap that sensor costs 60 dollars and they wouldn't pay for it...Its their fault. I will never go back to this place and BEWARE people coz they r bunch of liars.

Review: On 4/14/2015. I went to this shop to get my front two tires balanced. I had a mild vibration when going above 45 MPH and it stabilized at around 65 MPH. I have 19" Lexani Rims on a 2000 Mercedes C230K. I have to have Spaces on the hubs otherwise the tires would hit the control arms. The Spacers fit snugly around my hub.

After waiting a long time (1 hour and 20 minutes) to get my car back, I got on the highway and noticed a strong vibration at 45 and it got worse as I sped up. I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back and they offered a refund, or to recheck it. They re checked the tires and found they were 1/4 ounce out of balance. They handed me my keys and I got back on the road to make sure everything was fine. It wasn't! This time it was worse! On a scale of 1-10 this was an 8. I went back and They said the tires are in balance and blamed it on my spacers. They said that the wheels need to make contact with the hubs. But before I came there things were much better.

They wouldn't even have their technician test drive my vehicle for Insurance purposes. This made me feel invisible

I wish I would have just not got the tires balanced in the first place because my mild vibration was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. When I asked to talk to the owner I was told that I was talking to her. My contention was that my car was worse than before I came. They gave me a refund and I think they feel that's where their obligation ends. The other lady behind the counter shad "We're throwing our hands up" and there's nothing else they can do. I felt like my time was stolen, and worse, like they didn't even care... I feel they lack a since of what customer service is.

I would highly recommend NOT getting any service done here; just because of their customer service alone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my vehicle serviced at a different location. If the Balance weights have to be taken off all the way and then one by one, I would like them added back on until the desired result is achieved.

I don't feel that I would be treated fairly if I were to return. I would really like an acknowledgement of the fact that my car is in worse condition.
