Review: Twenty years ago my then husband and I opened an IRA. That IRA is now worth $4,228 and it was legally granted to me in the divorce agreement on 8/*/13. I have been trying to take the money out for months and have been given the run around at each step. I have faxed them the papaerwork they requested not less than 4 times and have been told each time that they cant locate it or didnt get it. I spoke to [redacted] who said they need the court agreement, which was sent to him. He then said he would review it and get back to me, he never did. I sent the fax again on 10/**, 10/**, 10/**, 10/** and I have proof that the faxes went though. When I finally got through to [redacted] again myself he said that he IS in receipt of the forms and is having a "confernce" with the documents and would call me. After not receiving a call back for 2 weeks I called him again and he said he needs other documentation but he doesnt know which yet. He would send me a letter when he knows what he needs. This letter never came so once again I reached out to First Investors. I finally reached a secrtary named [redacted] who worked for the "boss" named [redacted]. After 3 weeks of tring to reach [redacted], he called me back and said that unless I get a signed letter form my ex-husband "allowing" the release of this money I would only get half the money and they would keep the rest, he said that the legally binding divorce agreement and certificate of divorce is not enough. I have been given the run around since Spetember and this is trully trying and not the proper way to treat people. I am asking for your help please in getting me the full amount owed to me of $4,228.00.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, in full as written in the divorce agreement and signed by my ex-husband.

The have requested that I give them either the original legal divorce document or obtain a certified copy from the Court House. I am tryng to get them the certified copy. This is probably the 20th request for something new they have made since the summer.

FIC reviewed the complaint and concluded that [redacted]'s primary allegations relate to the liquidation requirements of Administrative Data Management Corporation ("ADM"), the transfer agent of First Investors Mutual Funds and an affiliate

of FIC. For these reasons, FIC referred [redacted]'s complaint to ADM for review and response. Please note that no prior complaints regarding this matter were received by FIC or ADM.

We note that the Revdex.com's letters indicate that complaints and responses may be made available to the public. Our response to [redacted]' s complaint contains information about her First Investors account and her dealings with our firm and its affiliates. Review: A 2 month payment deferment was applied for to rep [redacted]. He only put through 1 month and denies every speaking with me. This co. is despicable.

In February 2014 I called the company to ask for 1 months deferment because by son was in [redacted] and I was out of work for 5 months to care for him. I spoke to [redacted] and he offered 2 months deferment and said that he would send me the paper work. After a week and I did not receive the paper work I called again and was sent the paperwork. I filled it out and sent it back to the company. After a month I started to receive 2-3 phone calls a day telling me that I was behind 1 month in my car payment. I explained my conversation with [redacted] and that he was to adjust my account to 2 months of deferment. He denied ever speaking to me. I seriously don;t know how I new his name if he never spoke to me. I have been trying to clear this up for months. Today I went to pay this months payment online and it would not take it unless I paid 2 payment totaling $800.00. This company is setting people up for repossesion of their vehicles. Very despicable practices. No one can help you clear up issues that they caused/Desired Settlement: I want my credit report corrected as I really am not late on my payment and I want any interest or late fees removed from my account.
