My experience with Foresthill tow......THANK YOU LARRY!!!! He not only came to my help via AAA when I lost the tred on my tire but he also spent a few moments really looking my tire and other tires over to see why it happened. When he noticed something very wrong with my cars alignment he not only pointed it out to me but he went into the tire shop of my choice WITH me and spoke to the shop guys about what he had observed. I think for a tow truck guy that was above and beyond!! I've never been treated carefully like that when calling for a tow....and trust me, I've called for a tow many, many times. Most tow guys/gals just the car loaded up and dropped off asap so they can go onto the next call. I felt LARRY did an above average job and I was extremely happy with my tow service. I never did get a chance to thank him or tip him or anything either...I hope something good comes back his way he deserves it. I feel this was QUALITY service and wanted to somehow show appreciation for Foresthill tow so I'm writing this review...Don't ever fire LARRY or let him go it's difficult to find dedicated workers like this in any profession!!! Thank you sir!!

I cannot believe that there are no negative complaints about this company! The way they handled my towing call was unforgivable! Today I was broke down on the side of Interstate 80 with my young daughter-I called AAA that contracted Forest Hill to come out in less than 30 minutes because we were in a highly dangerous situation....as I stood there on the side of the freeway, I saw 2 Foresthill tow trucks drive by, neither were towing anything at the time! An hour and 20 minutes later I received a call by Foresthill that they would be there in 15-20 minutes! By that time Placer County's own roadside service spotted us and towed us off the freeway FREE! They could not believe that we had been waiting OVER AN HOUR in the area we were in! They advised that I complain because of how the service call was handled and I also contacted AAA that had no idea what was going on with their contracted tow service! Foresthill should be ashamed of themselves!
