I have attached the damage disclosure and the MVR-title reassignment On the damage disclosure each box is marked "NO" however I now see where "frame damage" was typed into the line The question reads: "if YES list parts...." how can the box be marked "NO" and there be parts listed? It also clearly states to only list parts that had damages exceeding 25% where the seller listed frame damage, however, on the MVR-under "has been involved in a collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost to repair exceeds 25% of fair market retail value" the seller has also marked this box "NO" after admitting on the damage disclosure that the vehicle did indeed have the damage and that he was very aware of itThank you once again and I look forward to your response
