Please beware of the companyI am having a horrible experience with this company after ordering a supposedly custom made wigFirst of all the wig was made of cheap hair and looked to concise of one bundle of hairImmediately after opening the package then I informed BF that I was very dissatisfiedI was told to take pictures showing that I had not woren/used the wig which I did.Back and further communication went on for well over a weekFirst they said that the wig was non refundable do to policy on custom wigs and that this was explained during checkoutWell this was not trueAs I put the same wig in the shopping basket as if to purchase and it never said the wig was non returnable/refundable nor if you look on the website than this is not stated neitherI did state that the wig can be returned in or business day but then it takes them that long to reply and give your there return address after sending in the pictures of the wigSo I finally get a return address after maybe days and I mailed the wig to them but now of course they claim that they did not receive the package I sent the package back in JanuaryI notified my credit card company and they reversed the charge but no months later I was re-billed and unfortunately I have missed the tracking numberHopefully the USPS will be able to assist me or else I am out of JUST BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANYDOUBLE CHECKED THE RETURN ADDRESS THEY GAVE ME AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM BACK AND I JUST DON'T BELIEVE THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGETHEY DELAYED GIVING ME THE RETURN ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY NEVER WANTED TO GIVE ME THE REFUND ANYWAYSBUT THEY WON IN THE WIGAND THE WIG! NICE JOB BF!

Review: Purchased a flat iron at the store location in the Modesto Vintage Faire Mall. The location did not post their no return policy anywhere in plane sight, nor was it listed on the product, nor was it verbally indicated at time of purchase. However, once the purchase was made on the back of the receipt there is a little print that states they have a no return policy (mind you this is after the card is ran and the purchase is made). The product did not work as described so we decided returned the product. We highlighted that they did not legally display the return policy and demanded that the product be returned (for the purchase price of $196.15). We returned the product based on this argument after a week of discussion. Note, even after the business was told they are in violation of California return policy practices (California Civil Code section 1723) they have not complied (We even supplied them a copy of the statute). However, after almost two weeks they have not credited the return and continue run the business out of compliance. We have contacted our credit card company and I am lodging a complaint with the Revdex.com.
