under undue strain.  The type of damage that was done to this zipper could only occur by trying to close the zipper when the dress is too small for the person who is trying to wear it, which is further supported by the fact that the customer now wants a size 6 instead.    We do not accept returns on dresses that are damaged by the customer.

I bought a dress from Forever Elegance and it arrived damaged with loose and missing beads. I contacted the company to ask for a full refund upon the return of the item. I returned the item within 7 days as their policy, but was told I would only get 70% of my money back because of their 30% restocking fee. Essentially I lost $80 returning an item that they sent me damaged. They have absolutely horrible customer service. Do not buy from this site!

Forever Elegant had the Adrianna Papell Sleeveless V-Neckline Floral Lace Sheath Dress in several different colors on their website: taupe, rose, and grey. I bought the grey one but received taupe and immediately emailed them hoping that they had sent the wrong color by mistake to which they responded that the dress was mislabeled. I then proceeded to ask for a full refund and they refused and said that although they had mislabeled the dress, the dress I received was similar enough to what was pictured and they will only give me a partial refund (-30% restocking fee). I've explained to them that I specifically bought the dress because it was supposed to be grey but the owner refuses saying repeatedly that it was as pictured even though it was incorrectly labeled and stopped responding to my email. I shipped the dress back to them with a note that I was seeking a full refund but they gave me a partial refund.

I've checked the website since then and noticed that they changed the description to the correct color but luckily I had took a screen shot beforehand showing how it was labeled grey.Desired Settlement: Full refund + shipping. Forever elegant gave a partial refund (minus 30% restocking fee) even though it was their fault (which they do admit that it was mislabeled). I've emailed back and forth with the owner until she stopped responding saying that even though the dress was not labeled correctly, I received what was pictured.

The garment shipped to customer was exactly the same, including color, as the garment pictured on the Web site. Buyer has filed a dispute of this transaction with PayPal, and we will abide by their determination in this case.

PayPal has ordered Forever Elegant to issue a full refund which they have complied.

I have tried to reason with them prior to opening a claim with PayPal but the the online boutique was uncooperative, unprofessional, and completely lacks customer service. I will never shop from here again and urge others to avoid as well.

Review: I purchased a size 4 dress from the Forever Elegant website. Upon opening the box I received the dress in, I noticed the zipper was broken. I wanted to see how the dress fit on my friend who is a size 2, so I had her try it on. The dress did not go with her particular skin tone, however, I still loved the dress and wanted to use it for a different girl in my bridal party. I contacted Forever Elegant asking for them to exchange their damaged dress for a size 6. They accused me of breaking the zipper and said they would not accept the dress back. Their return policy is only 7 days from when you receive the dress and I contacted them on day 1. I am outraged that I paid $240 for a damaged dress.Desired Settlement: Forever Elegant should allow me to return the dress they damaged for a full refund.
