Forever Fence

Review: Forever Fence installed a fence that was not to our satisfaction. All we asked was it be fixed and payment would then be complete. Forever fence the proceeded to remove said fence.Desired Settlement: I would like my fence re-installed properly

Review: Forever Fence is failing to meet with their obligation on their implied warranty on a product which was installed less than a year ago. Per Forever Fence contract and Invoice# [redacted] it is clearly stated that Forever Fence Warrants the original purchaser that all new fence installed is free from defects in material & workmanship under normal and proper usage. The Product has failed and while Forever Fence is blaming the Manufacturer our contract and brochures are from various manufacturers and Forever Fence never stipulated which Manufacturer they would be using or the grade of the material. The contract just stated Spruce stockade fence with no reference to treated or untreated and since the product is a fence which is exposed to the elements it is assumed protected unless otherwise stated not.Desired Settlement: Replacement and full disclosure to all current and future customers.

Review: I had a vinyl fence and gates installed in June of 2014. At the time I was happy with the installation and customer service. There was a women, [redacted] who immediately handled all of my concerns. She was amazing, always a quick response and good result. She has left the business, and there is no customer service now. I have tried to contact [redacted] concerning a gate that is not opening and closing correctly. One of the posts has settled/moved and is causing a bind at the latch assembly.Desired Settlement: I would only expect that the company would back their installation, and correct the problem with my gate.
