The crew needed to make holes in the asphalt to place the poles for the new installation, generating asphalt and rock debris. This debris was scattered in the landscaping of my yard without my knowledge or permission. After this experience, I decided to take a closer look at the installation. At which point I noticed that the poles which were installed in the driveway were not fully cemented to the same level as the asphalt. I have an email from Emilio (Owner) stating, “We will fill the holes with cement up to the level of the asphalt, unless you ask us to leave the cement below grade in the event you would like to patch it with asphalt”. I confirmed that I wanted the poles cemented to the level of the asphalt and that was not done. Upon notifying Emilio that two poles required additional cement (photos were provided), I was advised that I would incur additional service call charges if he sent someone out. Emilio’s solution was to provide me with a price for disposal or to issue me a $50 credit, than after much back and forth a $100 credit to not post a negative review. The amount offered wouldn’t even cover the cost of paying a landscaper to clean up the mess.

Forever Fence will not issue the correct refund amount after the merchandise was returned. There is a 15% restocking fee which was deducted from the refund total, however the owner refuses to credit the taxes charged on the product. He claimed that he already paid the taxes ( product was purchased in August 2018) and therefore he can't issue a refund for taxes. Then the owner sent an email stating " I must insist that you sign a release guaranteeing that you will not leave any negative reviews online or disparage the company in any way as a contingency for your refund."
