Review: I spent $10,000 putting vinyl plank in my home and was told that felt would be put under my furniture. The installers would not put the felt under the furniture. The very day they finished the installation I found scratch marks all over my floor. I returned to the store that day with pictures and was guaranteed they would fix it for me. To make a long story short after many phone calls before receiving return calls and a visit to my house with some product that did nothing for the scratch marks (missed appointments, late every time) I finally gave up after more than a month of playing the game over and over with them. The last time they came to the house my daughter made me understand that I was being totally blown off. I was once again assured that I would hear from them in a reasonable amount of time and it is now another week later and still no call, I have decided to stop calling them and will just start trying to warn others. The owner and sales person said they felt that the problem might be a defective finish coat on the vinyl and they were going to have a rep from the company come look at it. I have now waited almost a week to hear back on when this might take place and the owner assured me I would not have to continue to bother them anymore that I would hear right away on when the rep would be coming to my home. This has not happened.Desired Settlement: I want them to do what they say they were going to do. They told me they would correct the problem. I want the scratches that were made by furniture that did not have felt under it fixed or the product replaced as I was told would be the outcome. I also do not want to have to call them 2-4 times before someone returns my phone call and then a week or so later a visit to my house with product that isn't even made to take out "scuff marks" as the owner called them. I should be able to expect that when the installers left my home my vinyl flooring would have looked new and not all marked up with scuff marks/scratches.

I am emailing in reference to the complaint from [redacted]. Forever Floors Inc. installed her new floor and when the job was complete she moved her furniture and noticed that the floor scratched.

We recently had Forever Floors do an upgrade in our kitchen. They replaced the counter top, back splash, and floor. They did a beautiful job. We received many compliments from guests over the holidays. We never had to clean up after any of the workers they had in to do the different jobs. They even solved a couple of problems created from a previous bad contractor.
