Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will not withdraw my original complaint but I will certainly consider it resolved In my opinion, I did receive numerous unprofessional texts and if I hadn't contacted the Revdex.com or [redacted] I do not believe this issue would have been resolved I thank the Revdex.com for it's assistance in helping me to resolve this issue Once I receive the $check, I will hire an outside contractor to repair the damage to the floors and door casing and the complaint will be considered resolved Jay B [redacted] can send the check for $to [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I am willing to concede this complaint without acknowledgement of any wrong doing I will pay you the $to have the scratches repairedI have never had any issues with the Revdex.com and/or the Register of Contractors and I would like to keep it that way I will say that although I
probably did make the scratches on the floor, I do not believe that I made the scratch on the door casing I do know that you removed the old carpeting before I came in to install the new carpet That scratch could have been made by the removal of the carpet I was going to come out and take care of the scratches on the floor because I fix any mistakes that I may make; I am not perfect But when I heard that I had to replace the door casing because of a scratch that you cannot prove that I made that is when I started to have second thoughts I have been in this business for almost years and have never had anyone tell me that I need to replace the door casing. I never sent numerous, unprofessional texts I want this to be documented because I never did that.Please let me know where I can send the check for $ I will pay but I would like for you to withdraw any complaints that you might have said against me to the Revdex.com, The Register of Contractors, and any place else you may have raised a complaint Please respond to this email so that the Revdex.com can be made aware of the resolution.Please only respond by email.Thank you,Jay B***
