Forever Floors came and appraised our project in mid August, they were able to start and complete the job in mid September and also finished complete day ahead of scheduleAs this was an older garage and there were many cracks they did an excellent job in repairing the cracks prior to installation of the finished productOnce the job was complete the finished product was as promised, all the cracks were not visibleWe would highly recommend Forever Floors as they deliver a quality product with knowledgable personnel to complete your project needs

My experience with them was not satisfactory because I had to call them for days to get a fix of their work which was in the contractAlso, they lied that they would return the balance wooden material after their work but they took it away swiftly

that is not true the next day she contacted me I sent a crew over to deal with it and she refused them from coming in to fix it I then went up on my own the next day to see it all somebody had stepped in the sealer and walked on the steps not sure if it was us or not I offered to work on a cleaner for it but she wont let me try and use one to fix it not sure where we go from here iam always avaiable to work things out but she is not being helpfull on letting me try and fix the issue

Although I've posted a negative feedback about Forever Floor's work, I've to correct that nowI've posted my feedback before escalating the issue within their companyI'm sure if I had reported the issue to their higher management, they would have sorted out all issuesAfter submitting my previous feedback the owner of forever floors contacted me resolved all issuesIt was my mistake that I didn't report my issues to the correct personAlso, I didn't have any complaint about the work they have done at my homeThe only issue I had was fixing a minor issue on one of the transitions and giving back the balance materialNow they did both and I'm happy that they dealt my issues with at most professionalism and customer satisfactionI'll recommend this business to all my friends and contacts

Forever Floors just completed a concrete refinishing project for me The project included resurfacing my entire driveway and walkway with a polyaspartic product Included in this work was the application of a long lasting polyaspartic clear sealant over my steps and front entry which I used to have to reseal annually with an epoxy product I found Rob very easy to deal with and very accommodating His crew leader Daren was just excellent I was always kept in the know as to when they would be on site or if there would be a delay and the reason for it The guys took great care to keep the work site clean and they ensured that my surrounding yard was not damaged I will have to wait and see how the product holds up but I have high expectations from what I have read about it I do know that I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Floors to others from my experience with them

[redacted] After a discussion with [redacted] about his garden plot that runs parallel to the concrete pad (approximately 18 inches deep x 1 foot wide)...

I suggested to Mr. [redacted] that the original system we talked about was not going to work because the garden plot will transfer water under his concrete pad causing his pad continue to move with the freeze thaw cycles that we deal with in Alberta about 40 freeze thaw cycles a year. After discussing it with Mr.[redacted] he agreed to bring [redacted] in with A [redacted] M [redacted] and try to lift the concrete again. Mr. [redacted] will not remove his garden plot to solve his problem of sinking concrete I suggested to him and he said "OK" that we put a flexible construction adhesive in the problem cracks so that is what we did the same colour as what we sealed his house to the pad originally. I received a phone call about a month and half later from Mr.[redacted] saying that he does not like the colour or even seeing the crack so he wanted us to come back again and remove the extremely expensive flexible crack repair that we just applied and put a hard bond concrete back into the crack to give a seamless appearance. I asked him if he would remove the garden plot that is causing his concrete to continue to sink and causing these cracks to re-open and will continually keep moving for years to come this is why I suggested the flexible concrete repair that we have used for 10+ years and has worked great in situations like this. Beyond my better judgement and experience in this industry of 15 years that the customer is ignoring, we will come and remove our flexible crack repair and put a hard bond concrete back in its place at no cost to the client. I will not however warranty this repair if it cracks for obvious reasons. For the record, we have tried to reach Mr.[redacted] on his cell phone on 2 occasions since the phone call a month and half after the job was done for the second time. I have only received one phone call from Mr. [redacted] since the discussion, so why he took these measures I'm not sure, when a phone call would have worked. I hope this works for Mr.[redacted]. I look forward to his call, to organize a time to get it booked.

The important factors in our dispute with Forever Floors are as follows:
The job was originally assessed, an outcome was agreed upon, and a price was negotiated and paid. Forever Floors did not complete the agreed upon work and live up to a guarantee that was part of the agreement. The garden plot was never mentioned until excuses were being sought for the patio not being completed as agreed upon. [redacted] There was no discussion about removal of the flexible crack repair, only around a total resurfacing over this repair. A review of all cell phone calls monitored by [redacted] shows no attempts at contact by Forever Floors. This included no response to our letter to Forever Floors as mentioned in our original communication with Revdex.com. We do not take the decision to contact Revdex.com lightly. This is the first time we have done so. The only resolution we could be satisfied with is a refund of half of the original price paid to Forever Floors, as only half of the work was completed as per our agreement. We are not interested in further work being done by this company. This total would be $1,850 + GST.
