The customer brought a dress for alteration and cleaningWe noticed that there were a lot a stains in the dress and advised the customer of this conditionWe informed the customer that we will try our best, but there is not guarantee that the stains will come out by the dry cleaning process, and
the customer must pay for our services provided and there is no refund (this policy is posted in the service counter)The customer gave her okay to clean the dress and acknowledged that the stains may not come out and signed this in the invoiceOur professional drycleaner tried their best, but were unable to remove all the stains from the dress with the drycleaning processWe have been in business for more than years and our goal is to provide the best service to our customers
