The names and e-mail addresses you gave me were not viableI am getting more and more angryI did finally contact the local Roto-Rooter and got a big sob story about the daughter of the owner stealing the office manager's identity and running up $20,worth of debtsThe office manager claims she moved the office out of the owner's home and into a condo she is renting to save the businessQuite frankly, I don't care about all their problemsI want someone to fix my plumbingThen, I received two phone calls from these people stating someone would come "first thing" in the a.mI made them set a time - Thursday 08/17/at a.mOh, yes, they said, they definitely would be there; it was a priorityAbout a.mthat date, no one showedI called and the "technician" was very apologeticHe "overslept"He said he would come over with someone else in about an hourI told him this would not workThey don't show up, and I had another appointmentI gave him a date and time and said I expected them to showHe hemmed and hawed about how he wanted to get this over withPrior to this, he said he didn't have the expertise to handle what the heroine addict who screwed it up and was a Roto-Rooter employee had doneHe was rudeI then got two phone messages from the office manager apologizing apologizing apologizing and giving the name of someone else they were going to have come by - at their expense - to clean up the mess they createdShe said they were going to send him photos and he would callNO ONE HAS CALLEDThis company needs to be shut downI can't believe unlicensed, unbonded felons are being dispatched by your companyI can't reach the people indicated as the responsible for this "franchise"Somebody do something and do it soon, or there is going to be a letter to the editor and I will also go to the police with what I know what the people at this alleged franchise
