Their are types of Units we sell "Custom"(Units) and " Stock or Non-Custom" (Units) [redacted] was a family friend that we meet through our Grand Fathers relationship with her MotherFor years my Wife has been helping [redacted] by the way of giving her breaks or discounts on services and most of the time not charging her at all to help her out since she was considered family.When she came in to get hair as she describes she was in a "Hurry" my wife suggested she come in and see what she can doWhen they meet my wife said she had a "Non-Custom" unit she could sell her for a discounted price(again offering to help) The negotiated price was $Keep in mind my wife also did not charge her $in Services and Color, again helping her out as a family friendA few days after she wore the hair she called in saying the hair was tangling up and was frizzy so my wife asked her to come back to the salon so she can see what the problem wasKeep in mind when "Non-Custom" orders are purchased they are purchased with no warranty or refunds they are purchased "as is"...My wife seeing their was a manufacturing issue with the hair replaced the unit at no charge to [redacted] with another "Non Custom" unit ($Value) to honor the family relationship she had with [redacted] Also keep in mind the replacement Unit was in good shape no issues other than sizing which we can not control on a "Non-Custom" piece My wife never said she was sending back the first order to replace, she suggested that [redacted] come in after the Holidays to get sized up for "Custom" piece so that she would not have any issues with size My wife also said she would discount the "Custom" unit for her but there was never a conversation us paying for a "Custom" unit the cost would have been charged to [redacted] if she decided to order a "Custom" In the end she decided to purchase a "Non-Custom" unit at her risk because she was in a "Hurry" and unfortunately in our industry this is sometimes the case when you don't take the time to get "Custom" orders purchased in time to replace Units that are wearing out and need replacedAfter all the discounted, free services and support my wife offered [redacted] we are offended that she is taking this action to file a Revdex.com complaintMatter of fact she sent us some disbursing and threating text messages that suggested getting back at us, we had to call the Arapahoe County Police to interveneSo the validity of her complaint should be thoroughly investigated by Revdex.com before a well to do business is insulted and criticized for only doing the right thing and helping [redacted] outPlease let me know if this all makes senseThank YouJohn R*** Primavera R***Forever Hair Studio

Once again Ms R [redacted] is having her husband respond by the last paragraph referring his "wife" , Mr R [redacted] was not present at the time of any discussions between myself and Ms R***, which obviously is not telling the truth I will stand my ground as I do not have the unit that I paid for which I was told would be sent back to be remade and would have to wait until the Chinese New year for this to be done, Ms R [redacted] never told me to make payments , that was never discussedAs far as the unit which was returned to me was not mine, I have proof of this through Hair Direct in which PO numbers are given and does not match with what was sent to me along with a receipt which does not include the wording " cash" payment.I would like some kind of compensation for my suffering that I have been going through with this whole ordeal , without hair I cannot work or live an active life without buying these units which I have been wearing for the past years Ms R [redacted] is not telling the truth about all of our conversations, this is not good business or good for the consumer.Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***

(MrsR*** Response)I explained all the Details to my Husband John R*** who is very involved with my Business and he was very clear in the explanation given to Revdex.com in reference to ***In the 4th sentence, She clearly acknowledges that she "bought" a "Non-Custom" Piece, this was not a lender piece.We have already remedied the issue with the first order by replacing the tangled unit with a brand new "Non-Custom" unit at no cost to ***, that she is currently wearing.There was never a promise to replace a "Non-Custom" order with a New "Custom" order which she is implying toI had discussions with *** that after the Holidays I wanted *** to come back to my office so we can get a mold prepared and order a "Custom" Piece for her at " Her Cost" , also we said we would offer her a discounted unit, we even offered her a payment plan to help her out, which we never do for clients. In regards to the unit she gave to my wife to see if she could repair was sent back VIA *** and Delivered: Saturday, Nov 25, 05:PMThanks MrsR***
