Customer was refunded already, she failed to log into to Paypal to claim the refund since according to them she is "Unregistered" and they sent the money back to my account because they have a claim period
Immediately after seeing this
complaint (April 24th) I have AGAIN issued a full refund to the email used on her order form from Paypal, and AGAIN have notified her that is it her responsibility to log in & claim the refundI've done my part to send her the original funds for her order & she is the only one causing the delay on receiving itThank you so much for the potential business & sorry things didn't work out :)
