Tell us why here...Attached is a letter about our customer service and you can feel free to contact that person on how we handle complaints! This person that wrote in had sent us a nasty email which he of course failed to mention with demands and such that I deal with personally as the
president of our company. We gave him our phone number, he had our email but failed to call us personally to discuss the matter but rather just send us complaint emails about it, We always offer full refund at purchase price for any and all products we make and always answer any complaints in a timely manner as we did with this gentleman. Sometimes you just cannot make a customer happy no matter how nice you are or apologetic you are it simply won't fix unhappy people sometimes. I am rejecting this response because:i would gladly accept the offer at this point but as I said in my earlier e mail I no longer have the receipt. Is there any way to just send me the replacement spinner so that I can repair the feeder?

I am rejecting this response because:
I have attached prior emails before that clearly show that at no point was I offered a refund, or a replacement part for the broken product. I also did try calling on three separate occasions and never got through to anyone. A phone call was actually my first attempt of contact.
Instead I was met with incredibly rude comments, and at what point was actually told "To come down there so we can handle it." So if anything I was not offered a resolution, but was threatened.
If it is true that [redacted] offers purchase price refunds, I will accept that offer. I paid 150 dollars for the game feeder when it was on sale at Tractor Supply Company in Chichester, Newhampshire. I do not have the receipt at this time as it has been such a long standing ordeal, and I did not think that there would be a resolution in the matter.

As stated we will offer a refund plus any shipping required to return it please provide receipt with the product upon return we will refund you by ccheck please call next time and this can all be prevented as I do not know of anyone you actually spoke with at our company or this would have been out to bed a long time ago
