Hello *** this is *** from forever nail salon I am returning this email I am letting you know our side of the story I’m her sister came in and got eyelash extensions at our salon and she has stated she had came a few times already and this time for some reason she had a allergic to the glue
how we know the difference between an allergic reaction to the glue or in proper placement of the hair is when you have an allergic reaction to the glue your eyes will be more puffy when you get a reaction from and placement of the hair your inside of your eyes will be more red we can tell so that’s really the difference how we can tell the difference when she called and she had told me that had a reaction I told her the best thing to do is to take and removed off the eyelash after removal and will go back to no more nothing I guess she had waited one or two days which made her feel that she had to go to the hospital and this is where the problem occurred so when she called us back and asked for a refund we have pacifically said that we don’t give refunds based upon glue reaction because anybody do you have sensitive eyes but they don’t know that they have a sensitive eyes that’s one of our policies that we don’t give refunds to glue reaction once she heard that she just went you know the sister went ballistic and saying you know you know our shop is dirty in our shop is unclean that we are dozen dozen that note let me mention if our salon was on sanitize and dirty I don’t think that she would return to her three times and also as I said our policy is no Refund at the best that we can do is to give her a gift certificate for half of what she paid there was no reply no nothing when we went on *** and she was saying all the stuff on *** saying that she had a reaction to the glue and how it was dirty and then tied I told her that you know you have no evidence that it was a reaction from the Gluth if you can get a doctor notice stating that it was reaction to the glue we would give you a A full refund then also she keep on yelling and screaming and cursing I got to the point where I told her you know what I don’t want to speak to somebody that everything was just coming out there mouth all profound language so I told her that you could talk to my lawyer if you want to proceed this to court and I asked my lawyer if you want to talk you know if anything you could talk to her after that we try to call them so many times a text message but both of them nobody replied or anything to our response so I’m at the point where I don’t know what to do but you know I don’t respect the point where they said all this stuff about my salon just because we did not give them a refund and that’s not right because what they said can make us lose a lot of clients and that’s considered more like plagiarism I have contacted plenty of times even through *** so they blocked me on *** and they won’t return my phone calls so I don’t know what else I could do but we have hundreds of clients for eyelashes and we’re very safe on sanitation and everything but sometimes you know clients are more sensitive than others and it could be a client that been there for very long time and then one batch
