Hi Terry, -I attempted to reach out by replying to my reservation email ( [redacted] @foreverresorts.com) as well as on the http://www.foreverhouseboats.com/contasite with no response before filing the complaint with the Revdex.com.-I am rejecting your resolution as I am requesting a full refund of $2,due to the many major issues that we encountered and the misrepresentation of the product that we received-Offering free use of the same product (a houseboat rental) that I have filed a complaint about does not seem very satisfying as we may encounter the same issues as listed in my complaint.-I am still requesting a full refund of $2,

We where unable to find any supporting documentation on any issues he had with his trip on his departure from the marina. At this point we are unable to come to any agreement if he is unsatisfied with what I have offered him. Thank youTerry S[redacted]
