Forever Together Wedding provided Wedding Photography services for the client for their wedding on June [redacted] We sent the clients a link on August [redacted] to download their photosI have attached a copy of the email communication between our company and the client in which acknowledges receiving the photosThey contacted us again in January in which we have sent them a second linkThe second link was never downloaded againThe third contact was in January when the client wanted their photos againWe realized that our hard drives were damagedThe first step was to work with the hard drive company called [redacted] and have their technicians help usThis took weeks because they told us we needed to purchase new drives in order to do a transferThis took weeks and end result was unsuccessfulThe next step we hired [redacted] ***, a highly skilled professional team that deal with data recovery [redacted] took a few months to work on the job and the client was notified that we were working on retrieving the photosIn the end, [redacted] was unsuccessful in retrieving the photosWe want to resolve this issue with the clients and want to make the best of this situation for everyoneOur videographer suggested a possible option of capturing stills from videoWe are eager to find the best situation to resolve this matter

I have attached a copy of the email communication between our company and the client in which acknowledges...

receiving the photos. They contacted us again in January 2016 in which we have sent them a second link. The second link was never downloaded again. The third contact was in January 2017 when the client wanted their photos again. We realized that our hard drives were damaged. The first step was to work with the hard drive company called [redacted] and have their technicians help us. This took weeks because they told us we needed to purchase new drives in order to do a transfer. This took weeks and end result was unsuccessful. The next step we hired [redacted], a highly skilled professional team that deal with data recovery. [redacted] took a few months to work on the job and the client was notified that we were working on retrieving the photos. In the end, [redacted] was unsuccessful in retrieving the photos. We want to resolve this issue with the clients and want to make the best of this situation for everyone. Our videographer suggested a possible option of capturing stills from video. We are eager to find the best situation to resolve this matter.

Please tell me how you would like to resolve the matter. We do not have the wedding photos and cannot retrieve the files. Thank you.
