Forever Young Medical Day Spa

From my personal experience, Forever Young Medical Day Spa is negligent with how they treat customers who have been injured while undergoing medical treatments at their garden grove facility I personally have suffered second degree burns while undergoing bikini/brazilian laser hair removal, two separate times, from two different nurses The first nurse failed to document my injuries in my file (this was my very first treatment with them)so no one knew about what happened to meAfter taking an extremely long time to somewhat heal, I came back a year later to attempt treatment once more, the new second nurse was made very aware of the situation, yet managed to somehow burn me again after the 5th treatment two second degree burns from the same facility one year apart from each other permanently damaged my skinMy personal doctor told me there's nothing I can do about it other than to avoid any more laser treatments in the futureMind you, I've succesfully had laser treatments done
