On 9/26/17 I went to 4EverYoung to have a procedure done on my face. I thought it helped a little and discussed with them what I should get for the parentheses around my mouth. I was told what I needed and then the opportunity arose for a prepaid promotion and I thought I would come back in the very near future. My plans were very delayed as I developed a heart problem and was unable to do any procedures due to the fact that I was on plavix. Carlton Washington, a co-owner, would not give me a refund but said he would extend my prepaid promotion to December 10, 2019. When I finally went off plavix I went to have the procedure done. November 1, 2019. Went back. My face, except for a part that is still swollen (today is 12/17/19) looks as if nothing was done at all. I went back and they refused to do anything unless I gave them $1500 more. Robin said they should have used a thicker filler and I would have to do it many times in order to get a result. I had originally been told that what I paid for was what I needed. If they had told me it would cost thousands, I would not have done anything as the price was too exhorbitant. I have sent two letters, one certified return receipt, and have been ignored.

Billing Adjustment I paid $852 for nothing. I would like a refund. I was deceived and lied to.
We feel like this is not FAir due to HIPPA laws. All we can say is that we provided exactly what was promised and charged nothing more or nothing less. This individual was contacted multiple times and chose bash our practice online instead of speaking with us. Client then threatened with attorneys letter but this is nothing more than buyers remorse. We have gone out of our way to offer concessions to the client with no success. If you compare this report to all of our other reviews and commentary you will see the stark contrast between this clients claims and everyone else.

There is a difference between regretting a purchase and receiving nothing from the purchase. My face looked exactly the same way after the incorrect filling. Also I NEVER bashed him on social media YET. That is a total lie. Mr. Washington's assistant never offered me anything except 50% off the next procedure which I refused to do. She did this on two separate occasions. There were no other concessions. I have written several letters asking to speak with him, but he has refused to contact me personally. NO *** Service whatsoever.
We are willing to assist this patient to recieve desired results by offering 50% off any service she deems necessary to be happy. Due to Hippa we cannot disclose any other information so it is unfair to put this in the public domain because we are handicapped by the law. If Hippa Law was not in place we would be able to easily vindicate by proving our side in documentation. We simply can comment on anything that has or has not transpired. We are willing to work with this individual to reach satisfaction but we fully stand behind our statement that we met the promises 100%. This is all personal interpretation and remorse. If you check our status we are the top reviewed clinic in the region and have no reputation of this sort.
