We see the discrepancies between the two arrangements and totally agree with you. We have spoken to the designer responsible for making your arrangement and to the rest of our staff as well. Based on their instructions we hope that this doesn't happen again in the future. Again we are sorry and apologize for the flowers that you received instead of what you ordered. We will give you the refund that you requested and we thank you for having brought this matter to our attention.
