Hello and thank you for the notification Our recently launched product, Ketopia, is very popular due to the results it providesDue to its popularity, the product was on back-order; however, our customers were made well aware via email communications from corporate as well as pop-up notifications on the order pageMr [redacted] agreed to our Policies and Procedures which state that returns must be made within days of purchase, but considering the extenuating circumstances surrounding the specific product he ordered, an agent from our Member Support department is working on contacting him and providing him the information he needs to do a return and receive a refund based on the Policies and Procedures as if the purchase was made at the time the order was receivedPlease contact us if you have any questions or require any further informationMr [redacted] is also welcome to contact us directly at [redacted] @forevergreen.org if he requires any compliance assistanceThank you.The Compliance Team

Revdex.com:I believe that this is all I am going to get them to doThere is no response to the web problems, easy access to company contacts or any of the other situations I had notedI have told you and them several times I took the pkg with the return address to UPS gave it to them with the RMA code I was givenAt no time was I ever informed or asked to pay shipping. Other then act as an intermediary I do not see where contacting you has helpedI wifi accept the refund they are giving mePlease advise them to assure the shipping is charged in the currency

Dear ***,Thank you for your emailDuring the enrollment process, Members are given the option to sign up for an AutoShipOur records show that when enrolling, Ms*** chose to set up an AutoShip on her accountHer order history shows that two AutoShips ran as scheduled before she cancelled
the AutoShip permanentlyWe our proud of our quick processing times which is why the order could not be stopped over the phoneAs we currently ship to Canada (Ms***'s location) from the United States, it can sometimes take longer than a few days for a package to arrive as is the case with most companies that ship from the U.Sto Canada. Our Member Support team was working with Ms*** on what would need to be done to get the product back to us and receive her refund and she was instructed not to refuse the packageWe were notified by UPS that she had delivered it to the store and had told them she did not want it, thus they considered it and shipped it as a refused packageUpon enrolling as a Member, Ms*** agreed to our policies and procedures which include our refund policy that states that Members may receive a refund of 80% of the product price (product price does not include shipping); our notes state that Ms*** was offered a refund of 100% of the product price, but unfortunately, in refusing the package, the shipping price would be deducted from the refund amountAs soon as the product has been received to our warehouse, our Support team will issue her refund accordingly.If you have any questions or require any further information, please email usThank you.-The Compliance Team

I am rejecting this response because:there was no area explaining the auto ship on the websiteThere should be a warning when purchasing
After the second shipment I did call to cancelI left a message and the rep that called back and left a message left on my answering machineI did not refuse the parcelIt was delivered to a neighbour and I took it to UPS with the return address and RMA number I was given.They have a different perception of what happened and obviously use this as a money grab from people

Hello,During the enrollment process, Members are given the option to setup an AutoShip or to opt out. Ms. [redacted] enrolled online and the AutoShip was established during her enrollment. It has since been cancelled and she will receive no future orders unless manually entered or unless she elects to setup another AutoShip. If Ms. [redacted] will kindly provide us with her receipt from the UPS store which shows the amount she paid to return the shipment, we will be able to look into the matter further and take it up with UPS as it would then be an issue on their end as both parties should not have been charged for the return shipping. She may email a copy of the receipt to our Member Support team at [redacted]@forevergreen.org and explain that compliance is aware of the situation and should be contacted for further information. Otherwise, as previously explained, Members are typically given a refund of 80% of the product price (this does not include shipping); however, Ms. [redacted] was offered a refund of 100% of the product price and will receive that as established minus any shipping charges incurred. If you require any further information, please email us.
