however the back office story I know for a fact is not trueYou had 1/weeks to respond to my first two emails, but you chose not to until I took more drastic measuresI'm one of MANY that you've fraudulently took money from and/or haven't refunded their moneyThey have also made numerous attempts to contact you to no availIf it was your back office, I'm sure you would've noticed since weeks ago and prior to this complaintI have not seen a refund yetI will be looking for it
