Review: I ordered a 3D Print from a Forge Studio kiosk at a supercon convention down in Miami, Florida on July [redacted], 2014 with the understanding that I would receive the 3D Print in 2 to 4 weeks time. My account was charged the agreed amount of $85.60 the same day (Transaction Details below). I have tried to contact the company at the company number given to me at the kiosk ([redacted]) with no response or call back. I have sent emails to the company and also no response. If we can not receive the photograph print, I would like to receive a refund for the $85.60 charged to my account.

Review: My fiance, [redacted], and I purchased two 3D rendered figurines of ourselves from Forge Studios at Baltimore Comic Con on 9/**/2014. We paid approx. $130 for both via credit card and were told it would take 4-6 weeks before we received them. We explained that our intention was to use these at cake toppers for our wedding in March 2015. We were assured that the timeline was no problem and again, we should expect them in 4-6 weeks.

On 10/**/14 we emailed [redacted]), requesting a status on our figurines. [redacted] responded on 10/**/14 asking if we may have provided him with a different email when we initially purchased them, so he could locate the file. We provided him with all of our emails that same day.

On 11/**/14, having not heard anything from [redacted] since our last email, we contacted him again to to request a status. We received no response.

On 12/**/14, we emailed [redacted] again, requesting a status and explaining the imperative nature of our situation since our wedding was quickly approaching. In this email, we stated that we needed the figurines no later than the end of January. We received no response.

On 12/**/14, we emailed [redacted]), who as I understand it, works at a separate location. We explained the situation thus far and pleaded with him to aid us in our inquiries. [redacted] responded that same day, saying that he will get in touch with [redacted] so that he could give us a status on our order.

On 12/**/14, we tweeted ForgeStudios three times, expressing our disappointment with their services and requesting a refund. We received no response to our tweets.

On 12/**/14, we messaged ForgeStudios [redacted] page, basically expressing the same disappointment and asking for a refund. We received no response.

On 12/**/14, not having heard back from either [redacted] or [redacted], we emailed [redacted] again, asking if he was able to find out anything. [redacted] responded the following day (12/**/14), saying that he emailed [redacted] but has not heard anything and other than that, there's not much more he can do.

To date, we have not received any information regarding our order from 9/**/2014.Desired Settlement: Ideally, we would like our caketoppers in time for our wedding in March; however, it's looking more and more like we will not receive it in time. Now, we will have to meet with our cake designer and discuss alternatives.
