I hired this company with several others to transport my son to school each day. The owner of the company, [redacted], had each person pay for the entire year upfront. Everything was fine for October but in November, the bus did not show up for 1 1/12 weeks. Then in December, she advised that she was suspending service.
I requested a refund of the remaining funds on December 8, 2014 but she never responded. I confronted her in front of a parent meeting and she said she has 30 days. Well, the 30 days has past and she has not communicated with me at all, including a follow up email I sent to her.
I would never use this company or any service ran by [redacted].
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I don't even know where to begin. First of all the owners, [redacted] and [redacted] are A+ con artists. I contracted with them in the end of October to transport my child from school to home. Per [redacted]'s request I had to either pay for an entire semester or the entire school year. I paid for the entire school year, almost $1300. The week my son was picked up by this company he got home around 5:00, he gets out of school at 2:40. One day I had to meet [redacted] somewhere to pick up my son because it was 7:00 and he still was not home!! After that week I never saw the bus again!! This company left my son stranded at school!!! I called Ms. [redacted] repeatedly and she said the buses would be in service soon and she would call me back. Two weeks later, still no pickup and no return call. I made contact with Ms. [redacted] and she said she would refund my money. To make a very long story short, I slowly recovered my money over two months due to trickery and threats. It is my understanding that the company is under investigation and most importantly HAVE NO LICENSE TO TRANSPORT CHILDREN. My complaint may be the only one here on this website but the many other families Ms. [redacted] cheated out of their money left reviews on the company's website but Ms. [redacted] removed all the negative posts and made it so that no one can leave reviews on the website. However, to see other bad reviews check YELP. There are numerous bad reviews on that website. Please, for your peace of mind DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! If you decide to not listen to my rant, please check with the Dept of transportation to see that their license has been deactivated and that they are currently under investigation. Also check the HIllsborough County Consumer Fraud Protection website and you will see that Ms. [redacted] is under investigation by them as well. If you talk to Ms. [redacted] or her husband Mr. [redacted], just keep in mind...if their lips are moving they are lying!!!!!

She agreed not to pick any other kid without our permission, but started doing same for williams middle magnet school and other school as well. In nov (10th) she pressurized us to pay for the remaining school year. One Mon she picked kids but never showed to pick in the evening. Kids had to go to home room and picked by parents later. Subsequently she tried to restart the service using van which was not authorized, and subsequently stopped.
