Forget Me Not Flowers

Our customers complaint was full of lies.First of all the Quartz slab we showed them was ALREADY sold to someone else.They were told that when they were shown itEvidently they didn't pay attention. WE did not order their slab until we got their deposit checkAt that time it was on back
order. When we went to template the job Mr*** signed the proposal stating the balancewould be paid in full the day of installation. When we scheduled the job to be installed Mrand Mrs. *** knew when we were coming butfailed to have their faucets which they knew they had to have to complete the job.Therefore we could NOT drill the holes to complete the job.We did expect paid at that time since it WAS NOT our fault that we could not complete the job.Normally we would go back and drill the holes without charging any fee but sinceMrs*** called and read us off....we were not going to go back without a service charge. The phone message stating we should of been left a check on the job. We wanted the money that we shouldof got since we showed up and installed like we said we would.I told Mr***" do you go in *** *** and take $worth of material and say I'll mail youa check next week?" That is not how it works.They were happy with the job.Just not happy that we did not play by their rules.I guess they thought they were special and did NOT have to pay likeeverybody elseThey DID know they had to have a check on the jobbefore we would even install.Not wait until Mr*** came home on Saturday night and mailed a check Monday to getthe following Tuesday or Wednesday. We are very professional and make our customers very happy...but our customers follow our policies. Thank You ,Pitell Granite
