I responded to the complaint and repaired the concrete pad to the best of our ability although the
concrete peeled soon after , the owner has an underground water issue in the underground area causing the concrete to remain wet/ moist at the whole base of the pad This was her problems with the old pad that's why it faied We did other concrete work in the front of the same house and there's no issues with itI came back twice twice to resolve this back patio area but to no availThe home owner has an underground water issues that need to be resolved first before anyone can do anymore repairs or replacementI don't warranty any work that has prior issues

Ok thank you , like I said we tried to resolve the issue but the homeowner has other underground issues with water and drain problems We went back and repaired the concrete we put down as we don't normally warranty concrete do too our extreme climate changes The homeowner needs to address her neighbors water draining onto her property which is causing her concrete to fail

Ok with removing a skim coat , but we can not do anything else ,her problem is moisture related as we stated before We will make another appointment with the homeowner this spring ( weather permitting) there's no charge and all we can do , she must address the water issue with her neighbors water runoff witch drains on to and under her concrete pad

Phone update - the work was done in June of , and I have been in contact with the business all along, last call made 10/15/He has been aware of my problem all along and is just ignoring me
